Job Description - Customer Service Executive [Hospital/ Night Shift]

Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: shift hour (8/12 hours)
Salary: up to $3200 per month + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and understanding caller needs.
Provide timely, accurate, and appropriate information on healthcare services.
Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
Handle hotline administrative functions like emails, referrals, and emergency activations.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.

REQUIREMENT:

Diploma and above
Experience in call center will be added advantage
