Responsibilities :

• Handling customers enquires and perform order fulfilment duties
• Verifying and prepare shipping documentations
• Coordinate closely with forwarders and provide updates on shipping status
• Handling customer enquiries and coordinating with relevant department
• Handling documentation such as Quotation/ AWB/ Invoice/ Custom Declaration/ BL/ Packing list and etc
• Maintain and data entry shipments logs in the system
• Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Candidate with experience handling shipping/ freight forwarding or logistics documentations/ will have added advantages
