Customer Service Executive (Sea Freight)

☑ Salary Range: UP $3200

☑ Working Location: Changi Business Park (Near EXPO Station)
☑ 5 Days (Monday to Friday – 9.00AM – 6.00PM)

☑ Annual Leave Entitlement: 16 Days

Job Scope:

• Liaise &Coordinate with shipping agents & customer on end-to-end shipment
• Preparing of shipping documents & coordinating of shipmen booking & tracking
• Attending to any customer feedback on shipment issue
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• ITE or Diploma Qualification or Above
• 3 Years of Sea Freight Forwarding Experience
• Candidate with Airfreight experience knowledge will be added to advantage
