Customer Service Executive (Warehouse & Logistics)

Salary: $2,800 – $3,100

Location: Penjuru Lane, Jurong

Working Hours:

Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Alternate Sat: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import, export, and inventory transfer activities.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with warehouse operations team on daily activities.
• Monitor and support departmental KPIs.
• Provide operational support when required, including after office hours or weekends.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and WMS is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including basic functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.
• Willing to support operations after working hour when required or needed.
