Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Distributor
• Position Title: Customer Service Officer/Admin
• Working Location: West – Tuas (Company bus provided at CCK, Boon Lay, Pioneer)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Customer coordinator (receives and coordinates orders, requests, or complaints from all customers).
• Ensure that DO is passed to the logistics or transport team.
• Order processing in GeO system.
• Order confirmation or acknowledgement.
• Issuance of manufacturing order for blending.
• Any ad-hoc as assigned.

• Min. 1 year of working experience in related field
• Training will be provided to an inexperienced candidate
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Possess Chemical Knowledge is a plus
