Responsibilities:
• Contact and invite prospective customers
• Follow up with customer enquiries and appointments
• Introduce the company's insurance and financial products
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
• Provide professional customer service and administrative support
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher qualification
• Able to communicate confidently in English for customer service and interview purposes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, telesales, or call centre experience is an advantage
• Sales-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
