TMO Coordination & Deployment: Post job openings for Traffic Management Officers (TMOs), prepare draft deployment plans, and efficiently assign TMOs to various sites.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to confirm and coordinate specific work locations.
Logistics & Documentation: Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and maintain accurate digital/physical records.
Scheduling: Create, update, and manage the daily/weekly duty rosters for all on-site personnel.
Timesheet & Salary Preparation: Track, calculate, and verify normal working hours and overtime (OT) hours for accurate salary processing.
Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and issue client invoices and billing statements based on completed deployments and approved hours.
