Digital Health Programme Support

Key Responsibilities

• Support management of the programme’s participant cohort, including tracking enrolment, participation status, and reward milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of participant onboarding, progress, and engagement.
• Handle and resolve escalated enquiries from participants and clinical partners related to applications, rewards, and programme matters.
• Coordinate logistics for programme recruitment, implementation activities, pilot touchpoints, and follow-ups.
• Provide first-line support and basic troubleshooting for the digital platform.
• Act as a liaison between programme partners and internal stakeholders, triaging and routing enquiries appropriately.
• Prepare and maintain administrative documentation related to the programme.
• Support basic marketing initiatives, including drafting participant communications (emails, messages, reminders) and tracking engagement metrics.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
