The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiasticindividual for our in-house Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Web) role tobe responsible for managing our company website and driving organic growththrough SEO.

Responsibilities

1. Website Management & Operations

·      Manage, update, and maintain the company'sofficial website (e.g. WordPress CMS).

·      Monitor website health, fix broken links,optimize page load speeds, and improve user experience (UX).

·      Ensure website is mobile responsive andfunctions seamlessly across devices.

·      Coordinate with external vendors when required.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

·      Conduct keyword research and competitoranalysis.

·      Perform on-page SEO optimization including titletags, meta descriptions, internal linking and content structure.

·      Develop and execute SEO strategies to improvesearch rankings and increase organic traffic.

·      Optimize content for AI-powered search enginesand evolving search algorithms.

·      Build quality backlinks and implement off-pageSEO strategies to improve domain authority.

3. Analytics & Reporting

·      Monitor website performance using GoogleAnalytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.

·      Generate monthly reports and providerecommendations to improve website and SEO performance.

·      Track KPIs including rankings, traffic,conversions and lead generation.

4. Basic IT Security & Cybersecurity

·      Assist in maintaining website security, softwareupdates, backups and user access controls.

·      Monitor company website for securityvulnerabilities, suspicious activities and spam attacks.

·      Support implementation of cybersecurity bestpractices

·      Assist in identifying phishing emails, malwarethreats and suspicious online activities.

·      Ensure proper handling and protection ofcustomer information in compliance with company policies and PDPA requirements.

·      Coordinate with external IT vendors whenrequired.

·      Assist management in basic IT and cybersecurityawareness initiatives for staff.

5. Administrative Support

·      Provide general administrative support to themanagement team.

·      Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

·      Support operations and customer service teamsduring peak periods.

Skills & Requirements

·      Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experiencemanaging websites and successful SEO campaigns with measurable results.

·      Basic understanding of IT security,cybersecurity and data protection concepts.

·      Knowledge of phishing prevention, malwareawareness, password security and MFA.

·      Friendly and positiveattitude

·      Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills

·      Ability to multitask between digital marketing,website management and administrative duties.
