The Digital Marketing Manager works on the digital marketing plan to create awareness and high impact activities that has a proven return on Investment record for the property. He/She leads and oversees the launch of all digital activities. He/She also manages and responds to online review sites.
The Digital Marketing Manager also has to create and maintain the hotel's online and digital platforms. He/She measures and reports the results of all digital marketing activities against goals. It is also his/her job to provide monthly reports on production, trends, booking and stay patterns, and channel analysis.
The Digital Marketing Manager fully uses all marketing channels through directing and supporting needs of the markets and properties. He/She also works with the media to increase brand awareness and property’s presence. In addition, he/she collaborates with other departments to identify marketing opportunities and increase profit.
