Position
Director’s Assistant (Executive Assistant)
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director.
Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
Coordinate communication between the Director, outlets, suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion by relevant departments.
Monitor business performance reports and assist in preparing operational summaries.
Assist in recruitment coordination, staff documentation, and HR-related administrative tasks.
Organize company documents, contracts, licenses, and confidential records.
Coordinate projects, renovations, marketing campaigns, and new business initiatives as assigned.
Attend meetings with the Director and record action items for follow-up.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform other duties assigned by the Director to support daily business operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible to work outside normal office hours when business needs require.
Singapore Citizen, PR, LTVP, or candidates with valid work authorization are welcome to apply.
