Document Controller

Permanent Job offer: Salary $2000 ~$4000;

*Preferbly: Ex-ICA Document controller or Immigration agency related experienced*

Good experience on General & Critical Document reviewing/ Data Entry and Form filling for Singapore Perm Res and Expats Student pass application;

Collate, sort, Sequence all critical Documents for client by hard copy or digital copy saved on Cloud;

High level of english competence in writing, drafting letter of client testimonial and cover letter as templates to be "fit" for final submission;

Follow through all relevent documentation and managed them in order as professional administrative for all account of clients;

Assist in any other project(s) such as Business grant application letter and business proposal writing for our clients that are SMEs entities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Candidate must process at least Diploma/advance/graduate diploma to degree;

Good command of english & must able to handle high volume of documents;

Excellent time management skills;

Independent with mature mindset

Required Skill(s): MS office efficent; Adobe PDF and power point.
