Dormitory Executive

Job Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate residents' records, room allocations, and occupancy information in the relevant dormitory management systems.
• Perform residents' check-in and check-out procedures and maintain an up-to-date nominal roll.
• Conduct regular dormitory inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
• Monitor dormitory facilities and coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors and service providers.
• Supervise security personnel and dormitory service providers.
• Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback, welfare, and accommodation-related matters.
• Assist in dormitory inspections, audits, and follow-up actions by MOM and other regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and submit dormitory-related reports, records, and compliance documents as required.
• Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, contractors, and service providers on dormitory-related matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in facilities management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in managing foreign worker dormitory
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and dormitory operation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents, employers, and service providers
• Good problem-solving, decision-making and crisis management abilities.
• Serves as the primary contact person for all dormitory related matters
• 6 Days work week
