Dormitory Executive

Job Scope:

• Handle leases and tenancies, including allocation, extension, renewal, and termination.
• Oversee daily operations, including perform check in/out and accommodation.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste management, and other facility services.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with dormitory rules and regulations.
• Perform patrols and handle security matters.
• Attend to emergencies and prepare incident/occurrence reports.
• Maintain records such as Sick Bay and Lost & Found.
• Promote healthy and safe practices within the dormitory.
• Monitor and review service levels with partners/vendors.
• Deal with contractors on maintenance issues and supervise works.
  

Requirements:

• Possess either FSM or PLRD
• Any other dormitory related certificates
• Any CERT certifications
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with dormitory regulations in Singapore.
