Job Description:

Executive Transportation

• Provide safe, punctual, and efficient transportation for the CEO to and from business meetings, corporate events, and personal appointments.
• Plan routes effectively, taking into account traffic conditions, weather, and contingencies to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Remain flexible with working hours to accommodate early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend engagements.

Vehicle Management

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working condition at all times.
• Conduct routine inspections (e.g., fuel levels, tire pressure, vehicle servicing schedules).
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all conversations, locations, and activities involving the CEO.
• Demonstrate high levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
• Uphold CIMB’s corporate image through courteous and respectful behaviour.

Administrative & Support Duties

• Assist with basic errands, document or item deliveries, and logistical support as required.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, trips, fuel consumption, and expenses.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Executive Assistants, Corporate Services) for scheduling and coordination.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations in Singapore.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
• Ensure personal readiness and alertness to support the CEO’s schedule safely

Job Requirements:

• At least O Levels’ education with a recognised school.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a professional or personal driver supporting senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic patterns, and key business districts.
• Proven track record of safe driving and reliability.
• Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
• May require availability on short notice to support urgent CEO movements
