What You'll Be Doing

• Support the care and development of children aged 18 months to 6 years in a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
• Participate in a structured training programme combining classroom learning with practical workplace attachment.
• Receive continuous guidance, coaching and real-time feedback from experienced educators.
• Build essential teaching and classroom management skills while developing professionally.
• Complete a sponsored Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching (Conversion) programme.
• Upon successful completion of the programme, be deployed as an Early Childhood Teacher supporting the learning and development of young children.
• Deliver lessons and communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role involves teaching the Chinese language to preschool children.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma from a local polytechnic in any discipline. Degree holders are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to deliver preschool lessons and communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role involves teaching the Chinese language to preschool children.
• Passion for working with children aged 18 months to 6 years.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience caring for or interacting with young children will be an advantage.
• Individuals without prior early childhood experience or formal early childhood qualifications are encouraged to apply.
