E-Commerce & Operations Executive (SME)

Job Summary

You will take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations, delivering excellent customer experiences while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability in a growing SME.

Responsibilities

• Manage online stores and marketplaces to maintain smooth e-commerce operations
• Handle returns, warranty claims, and after-sales support to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, to enhance sales performance
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product information accuracy across platforms
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone to provide professional support
• Resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and installation appointments for customers
• Liaise with customers, installers, and logistics partners to ensure timely project completion
• Take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
• Learn and adapt to new software and AI technologies to support business growth
