E-Commerce Assistant (West, 5 Days, $2.8k)

Salary: $2,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: West

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada and Shopify.
• Plan and execute online sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within the approved budget.
• Collaborate with platform Key Account Managers to implement growth strategies, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and maintain target response and service levels.
• Process online orders accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure product availability and minimise stock shortages.
• Track marketplace performance, promotions, and sales trends, providing recommendations to improve online sales and operational efficiency.
• Support other e-commerce and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Nitec/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
• 2 to 3 year of relevant e-commerce experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Singaporean only need apply
