E-Commerce Sales Coordinator - Entry Level Welcome

About the Role:

Our client a well established power tools distributor is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Sales Coordinator. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales coordination and digital marketing in a supportive environment and training will be provided.

Salary: $2,800 to $3,200 (based on qualifications & experience)
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday)
Office Location: Sin Ming (near MRT stations)

Responsibilities:
• Platform Management: Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing and promotions on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Order Fulfillment: Process sales orders and invoices promptly to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with logistics teams to align inventory levels and shipments.
• Marketing Support: Assist in digital marketing campaigns and update websites with marketing materials.

Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
• Candidates without experience but with keen interest are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer skills; video editing or website update knowledge is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
