Event Management & Logistics Support Executive

Location: Pioneer
Period: 3 months
Salary: Up to $5700
Working hour: 830am-545pm (Mon-Thu)' 830am-515pm (Fri)

• Event Coordination: Support and coordinate high-profile programme-related activities and milestone events, including Teambuilding, Welcome Day, and study modules.
• Logistics & Procurement: Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue booking, material procurement support, vendor liaison (event company, catering, transportation, AV), and budget tracking.
• Onsite Operations: Lead on-the-ground operations during event days, vendor setups, and ensuring schedules are strictly adhered to (weekend duty required sometimes; off-in-lieu provided).
• Crisis & Adaptability Management: Act as the go-to problem solver for last-minute logistical changes, ensuring a seamless and high-impact experience for senior executives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, academic administration, or programme management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data tracking and report compilation.
