Events & Operation Executive #JTL

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as workshops, orientations, competitions, and social activities
• Manage event logistics including venue booking, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination
• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
• Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners
• Promote events through various channels (email, social media, school networks)

Requirements 

• Minimum Diploma Degree holder in any discipline 
• Able to communicate effectively with all parties
