Executive Administrator and Operations

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and resourceful Executive Administrator to support daily operations, coordination, and business growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable handling fast-paced operational and event environments
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to commit during weekends or extended hours for events when required
• Prior experience in administration, operations, customer service, or event coordination is an advantage

• Event and expo coordination
• Team briefings and operational support
• Partnership and collaboration outreach
• Assisting in improving systems, campaigns, and business growth initiatives
• Supporting day-to-day operational planning and execution
• Preparing reports, documents, and internal coordination updates
