As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and calendar support to senior executives
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Manage complex international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and logistics
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
• Drive process improvements and support ad-hoc executive projects
• Manage office facilities-related matters and resolve operational issues proactively

Requirements :

• At least 8 years of relevant experience
