Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
• Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.
• Handle flight, hotel, transport bookings, and expense claims.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the Director’s instructions and arrangements.
• Assist with personal matters,including property-related coordination and liaising with personal driver.
• Support the purchase of business or corporate gifts when required.
• Prepare and arrange meetings and appointments.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or ExecutiveAssistant.
• Proactive, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
