Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled, and conflicts are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Assist in compiling and producing meeting presentation materials.
Prepare reports and presentations for CEO, including compiling data and creating charts and graphs as needed.
Assist in talent development and recruitment, identifying top creative talent and ensuring the company has the necessary skills and expertise.
Communicate and monitor progress with key stakeholders, such as the executive team and board of directors.
Liaise with various departments to execute plans and solutions for more efficiency operational tasks and better solutions.
General administration and ad-hoc duties of the department
Handle confidential materials as required.
Attend meetings and accurately record meeting minutes when required.
