EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MK-INJ-A-B19

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and strategic engagements to maximise leadership productivity
• Coordinate all business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transportation logistics
• Act as the trusted liaison between the executive office and internal or external stakeholders, managing correspondence with polish and professionalism
• Prepare and review executive documents, presentations, and reports to the highest standard of accuracy and professional presentation
• Drive executive meetings end-to-end — from agenda preparation and meeting documentation through to rigorous follow-up on action items
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with unwavering discretion and the utmost professionalism at all times
• Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and redirecting as appropriate and without delay
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements that support strategic initiatives and enhance overall office efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential matters and sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
