EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

• Manage and coordinate the GM calendar, appointments, and meetings

• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and minutes

• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive

• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

2. Administrative & Operational Support

• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation

• Track and manage confidential documents and company records

• Assist in drafting business correspondence and reports

• Monitor deadlines and follow up on key action items

3. Business Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments and external partners

• Support project coordination and business initiatives

• Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and payment documentation

4. Confidentiality & Discretion

• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality

• Maintain professionalism in all communications
