An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership of a well-established educational organisation.
This role is ideal for a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with senior executives. If you take pride in staying one step ahead, managing competing priorities and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and key appointments.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting materials and executive correspondence.
Manage strategic initiatives and assist in tracking key projects from planning through implementation.
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Anticipate the needs of senior leadership, identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
Support governance-related activities, including the preparation of meeting documentation where required.
Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiencies across the executive office.
The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates initiative, exercises sound judgement and takes ownership of their work. Rather than waiting for instructions, you naturally identify what needs to be done and proactively deliver solutions. You are organised, adaptable and committed to providing exceptional executive support.
Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
At least five years of experience providing executive support to a CEO, Executive Director or other senior leadership role. Previous experience within the education sector, independent schools or similarly complex organisations will be preferred.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and executive initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
Demonstrated experience preparing executive reports, presentations and senior management papers.
Exposure to Board support, corporate governance or committee administration will be advantageous.
If you are an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a confidential opportunity to partner with senior leadership and make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
