Key Responsibilities

• Direct the seamless daily operations of an exclusiveluxury estate in Sentosa, catering meticulously to the principal’s lifestyleand personal requirements when in residence.
• Lead, mentor, and comprehensively train all domesticpersonnel, including nannies, private chefs, domestic helpers, and chauffeurs,ensuring world-class service standards are met consistently.
• Administer stringent quality control over the property'scleanliness, structural maintenance, and security, preserving the residence inpristine condition at all times.
• Act as the central liaison for all external service providers and high-end contractors, strategically negotiating procurement andfacility maintenance contracts.
• Orchestrate tailored private events, complex travelitineraries, and specialized personal errands while adapting swiftly to theprincipal's dynamic schedule.
• Oversee critical household administrative portfolios,managing expense budgets, operational documentation, and strictly confidentialfamily matters with absolute discretion.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Estate Management, or arelated discipline, with formal Butler Academy certification being highlyadvantageous.
• At least 6 to 8 years of robust experience serving as aHead Butler, Estate Manager, or equivalent role within a high-net-worth (HNWI)private household.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise in directly managing, rostering, and training a diverse domestic workforce to deliver anticipatory, white-glove service.
• Exceptional organizational acumen and problem-solvingskills tailored to the rigorous demands of managing a premium landed propertyin Sentosa.
