Executive, Clinic Operations (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Support work planning, budgeting, and operational coordination for assigned service point(s)

• Manage procurement activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and tracking

• Oversee daily operations and support operational issue resolution relating to patient experience, patient flow, wait time, admissions, billing, and service delivery

• Work closely with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and operational efficiency

• Drive workflow reviews, process improvement initiatives, and operational enhancement projects

• Manage and follow up on feedback, complaints, and service recovery matters to ensure service excellence

• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as required

• Support implementation of operational policies, new initiatives, and process improvements 

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related studies

• Similar working experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, clinic operations, or service management

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Positive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
