Job Description - Executive, Corporate Sale (Automotive B2B Sales) Basic Attractive Commission

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

  • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

As an Executive, Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for developing corporate business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate accounts through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

  • Conduct cold calling and client outreach to generate new business opportunities.

  • Handle corporate and diplomatic sales enquiries professionally.

  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and letters of introduction.

  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with corporate clients.

  • Arrange and manage vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

  • Prepare quotations and obtain the necessary internal approvals.

  • Coordinate vehicle registration and delivery in accordance with company standards.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required corporate sales reports.

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey.

  • Support retail sales activities during roadshows, campaigns, and promotional events.

  • Develop strategic partnerships through corporate sales programme and business initiatives.

  • Prepare tender submissions and ensure compliance with government agencies and statutory board requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Fleet Sales, B2B Sales, or Automotive Sales.

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in tender submissions will be an advantage.

  • Existing network within the automotive industry will be highly advantageous

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
