Executive (Emergency Medicine-Engage)

This position is part of the ENGAGE (ENgagement and GP Empowerment) Programme. This is a pilot programme that aims to build a robust General Practitioner (GP) support and referral network by upskilling GPs in their competency to manage non-emergency paediatric conditions.

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to the programme to ensure fulfilment of all responsibilities necessary to meet the goals of the funded programme.
• Assists in outreach and recruitment of partner GPs, tracking progress, data collection and monitoring of GP referrals and outcome measures.
• Serve as primary point if direct administrative contact for co-workers in other departments, individuals and external parties.
• Maintenance of records and materials related to programmes activities progress.
• Undertakes and performs any other miscellaneous job-related duties or projects as assigned by the HOD or Programme leads.
• Involve in division-wide and hospital-wide programmes/Initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized degree in any one (or more) of the multidisciplinary fields of health services, including research but not limited to public health, epidemiology or biostatistics.
• Min at least 2 years relevant working experience in the above field(s) will be an advantage.
• Experience in project implementation and management.
• Capacity to operate both independently and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work
• Strong analytical, organizing and facilitation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
