Executive, Global Corporate Accounts

The Executive is responsible for establishing and growing the business from Global Corporate Accounts (international insurance and medical assistance companies) as directed by the Manager. He / she shall be responsible for seeking out new avenues to expand the client base. He/she shall promote the Hospital's range of services and maintain good client relationship.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing plans and programmes to promote the business and utilisation of services offered by the Hospital.

2. Conduct research on markets, competitors, and competitive trends to identify business opportunities to grow the business.

3. Set up new contract workflow and maintain the updating of information.

4. Market the hospital's services through relationship management, hospital familiarisation trips and close customer support.

5. Implement and review policies, procedures and protocols to ensure smooth and effective execution and performance of the marketing programmes.

6. Analyse and track the outcome of the utilisation of all contract partners.

7. Submit regular reports and ad hoc reports as needed.

8. Implement an effective system of response to customer feedback.

9. Work and co-operate as a team member, with a passion for service excellence, and openness for sharing of ideas and training.

10. Be a service ambassador and a role model for empathetic listening and going the extra mile to be of service to patients and visitors.

11. Conduct hospital tours and other visits by patients, companions, corporate clients and international visitors, as appropriate.

12. Participate in committees as assigned.

13. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
