Executive, Group CEO Office

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support

• Conduct research, business and market analysis, and benchmarking studies.
• Support the preparation of business plans, strategic initiatives, and management reports.
• Compile and analyze data to support executive decision making.
• Monitor progress of key projects and strategic action items.

Executive Office Coordination

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefing papers.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and project timelines.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track implementation of agreed action plans.
• Support cross-functional communication between departments.

Project Management

• Participate in special projects assigned by the CEO or senior leadership team.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure timely project execution.
• Support process improvement and business transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Assist in coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the organization of management meetings, events, and strategic workshops.
• Liaise with departments to gather information required for reporting and analysis.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive corporate information.
