Executive, Sales Operations Project Coordination & Client Support #HDC

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate project costings and customer quotations while ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and operational requirements
• Manage order processing and contract review activities to support smooth project execution
• Work closely with internal teams across various business and service units to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project progress
• Support post-sales project management activities by monitoring milestones, tracking updates, and facilitating stakeholder communication
• Contribute ideas to improve operational workflows, tools, and turnaround efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or project coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with exposure to CRM and ERP systems
• Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
