Executive, Security Pass Office

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance and Documentation: Responsible to ensure all pass office operations adhere to company guidelines, regulations, and security plans, with proper documentation for audits.

• Access Management: Responsible to manage user accounts in KMS and ISMS, conducting regular reviews to maintain appropriate access levels and roles.

•  Training and Standards: Responsible to ensure administrative assistants are trained on pass office procedures and that all corporate inductions align with established SOPs.

•  Security Audits: Responsible to conduct periodic reviews and audits of key and door access within the casino, updating management on progress.

•  Operational Support: Responsible to provide assistance with pass office counter duties, conduct staff training.

Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.

• Minimum Education qualification: GCE “O” level, NITEC, or equivalent

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Prior experience in security administration, access control, or customer service is an advantage.
