Job Description - Export Executive (Cityhall) [Freight Forwarding/ Maritime Industry] #JWL

Job Scope:

Ensure all transhipment containers discharging are declared accurately and timely in Portnet system.
Prepare Loading Summary, including details of export-carriers, ports of loadings, etc.
Arrange 3rd party feeder space for destinations where the company's vessel space is full.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Note:

Location: City Hall
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Able to start work immediately and commit for minimum 6 months.
Minimum Diploma in Shipping, Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in shipping or freight forwarding industry.
