As a Facility Management Technician, you will be helping and supporting the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements related to Facility Management in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility related equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure building system run smoothly and efficiently
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
• Operating and maintenance of WWTP
• Attend to emergency breakdown and feedback
• Report on irregularities
• Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet
• Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

What extra ingredients you will bring:
 

• Experience in performing simple handyman jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on work
• Able to work independently and with good working attitude
   

Education / Certifications:
 

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in electrical engineering or Facility Management equivalent
• Certification on work at height, confine space, forklift license and Scissor lift operation license, preferred
   

Job Specific Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
