Salary: up to $4200
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: Tuas (Company transport pickup point at Boon Lay & Jurong East)
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries, service requests and breakdown call logging.
• Schedule and assign service jobs to technicians, including arrangement of spare parts and coordinating with suppliers when required.
• Maintain accurate updates in computer systems, including technician availability and resources allocation.
• Arrange appointments for preventive maintenance for customers.
• Prepare service reports and send monthly invoice to customers.
• Monitor and update customer’s maintenance contract in computer system.
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Business Management or related discipline
• Experience in customer service or service coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
