Finance Assistant

Salary: Basic $2,400 - $2,700 + lunch provided
Time: Monday - Friday (9am to 6.15pm), alternate Saturdays (9am to 1.30pm)
Location: Pandan Loop

Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable duties.
• Processing, verification, organising, updating and monitoring of documents, bills, invoices and payments.
• Assist Accounts in updating records into ERP system.
• Assist in monthly stocktake and closing of accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma / GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent qualifications with some relevant working experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Meticulous, good initiative and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
