Job Description - Front Desk Admin (Automotive)

Role Overview

We are looking for a  Front Desk Admin to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Dasher Automotive Centre in Kaki Bukit. Dasher is an authorised installation centre specialising in dashcams and car accessories. This role involves attending to walk-in customers, managing appointment scheduling, coordinating the installation flow, and providing product guidance before and after installation.

What's your role?

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers, explaining our automotive products such as dashcams and car accessories prior to installation

  • Reply to WhatsApp enquiries promptly and manage appointment scheduling, including handling last-minute slot changes

  • Coordinate the installation flow receiving car keys from customers, guiding them to the lounge area, and notifying them once the installation is completed

  • Explain product features and usage to customers after installation to ensure they leave confident and satisfied with their purchase

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and customer waiting area

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

What's the skill required?

  • Candidates with relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or automotive-related roles are preferred

  • Passionate about the automotive and car accessories industry is a plus

  • Good command of English and 中文 (spoken and written)

  • Friendly, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work Monday to Saturday, 10:00AM – 7:00PM, with 1 day off on a biweekly rotating basis. (Sunday is a non-working day as the outlet is closed.)

Who's there to support you?

You will receive full hands-on training from day one to familiarise yourself with our product range, installation processes, and internal workflows. You will work closely with our automotive technicians to ensure a seamless customer journey from arrival to completion.

You will also take part in internal sharing sessions on new product launches and emerging technologies in the car accessories industry to keep you updated and equipped.
