Front Desk Executive (4 days)

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: $1,800-2,000 per month
• Additional incentives based on performance
• Typical total monthly earnings: $2,000 – $2,400
• This position is open only to Singaporeans and PRs

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for students and parents.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager to manage enquiries, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

• Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins
• Assist with trial lesson bookings and student enrolments
• Provide clear and professional communication to parents and students

Operations and Administration:

• Assist with lesson scheduling and student records
• Track attendance and support daily operations
• Handle basic billing and administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the centre

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
• Interest in music or education is a plus
