Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers promptly to create a welcoming environment
  • Collect payments accurately from customers to ensure smooth transactions
  • Coordinate the drop-off and collection of vehicles efficiently to maintain workflow
  • Answer phone calls professionally to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
  • Perform daily sales reporting and enter customer data accurately to support administrative functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles to support front desk operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to complete administrative tasks
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
