Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (5 days)

• Well Established Company

• Basic $2,500 – $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Queenstown

• Working Days: 5 days per week across weekend

• Working Hours: Depends on Roaster

  • Monday - Saturday: between 8.30am - 7.00pm

  • Sunday or Public Holiday (PH): between 9.30am - 6.00pm
    

Job descriptions:

• Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries.

• Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.

• Managing the Sales Executive turn system.

• Keep the showroom clean and tidy.

• Make sure display cars are clean and in good condition inside and out.

• Serve refreshments to customers.

• Perform general admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experienced as Receptionist, Customer Service ground job or similar role.

• Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays .
