Job Summary

You will provide welcoming and professional consultations to clients at a high-end beauty and well-being centre, manage appointment scheduling and client arrivals, support daily administrative tasks, and collaborate with sales and promotional activities to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and deliver consultations tailored to their needs in a high-end well-being centre
• Answer phone calls promptly and manage the appointment system to ensure efficient scheduling
• Coordinate client arrivals to optimize service flow and reduce wait times
• Perform daily administrative and front desk duties to support smooth centre operations
• Maintain positive client relationships by providing attentive and professional service
• Collaborate with sales teams and participate in brand promotion activities to support business growth
