We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily front-of-house operations. This role is key in ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, accurate sales processing, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Appointment Management
Handle booking, rescheduling, and cancellations of customer appointments
Manage daily appointment schedules to optimize outlet efficiency
Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service flow
2. Sales & Billing
Accurately key in sales invoices and process customer payments
Ensure proper recording of packages, services, and product sales
Assist in basic daily sales reconciliation
3. Customer Service
Greet and attend to walk-in and existing customers
Respond to customer inquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp)
Provide basic service information and recommend suitable packages
4. Administrative Duties
Maintain customer records and update system accurately
Prepare basic reports and support outlet documentation
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
5. Ad Hoc Duties
Assist with operational tasks as required by management
Support team in daily outlet activities
Requirements
Basic computer literacy (comfortable with POS systems, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-oriented
