**Qualifications:**
- Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent

**Experience:**
- At least 2 years in a similar role
- Experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service is preferred
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

**Skills & Knowledge:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of golf and golf club operations is a plus

As a Front Office Associate at our exclusive golf club, you will provide exceptional service to members, VIPs, and guests, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Front Office:**
- Welcome members, VIPs, and guests warmly
- Address concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Answer phone calls and redirect as necessary
- Promote club events and amenities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed

**Golf Operations:**
- Manage golf bookings, cancellations, and events
- Register members and guests, collect fees, and answer inquiries
- Maintain the golf booking system and prepare tee time sheets
- Handle feedback and assist with billing and closing procedures
- Support golf round preparations and reports
