About Us

We are a fast-growing supply chain and transport solutions provider. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately process shipping documents, delivery orders, and invoices into the warehouse management system.
• Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and emails from clients regarding shipment statuses and delivery tracking.
• Inventory Admin: Assist in maintaining and reconciling physical inventory logs against digital records.
• General Clerical: Manage filing systems, order office supplies, and prepare operational reports for the Operations Manager.
• Liaison: Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers to prevent shipment bottlenecks

Requirements

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, or a Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Experience: ≥ 5 year of administrative or warehouse clerical experience.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of warehouse inventory software.
