Salary: $2760 per month
Working hour: 9am-630am Mon-Fri

• Assist customers on booking of facilities
• Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and being prompt in their payment
• Manage the mailbox and ensure timely follow up on any booking requests received
• Attend to users’ feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints
• To follow-thru any booking requests received (end-to-end process)
• Analyse/prepare booking reports when necessary
• Assist to perform user administration and system tests for the mobile application
