Salary: Up to $ 2,700 per month

What you will be working on?

• Process administrative Human Resource services for various government agencies with precision and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage HR services including recruitment, onboarding, pre-service appointments, and medical screenings.
• Generate and distribute letters, emails, and related documents efficiently.
• Record HR transactions accurately in the HR system and submit to the HR Supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with external vendors such as training providers and medical screening facilities.
• Compile reports and submissions in accordance with established formats and SOP.
• Engage in departmental initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and tasks assigned by supervisors.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum O Level up to Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline.
• Reasonable understanding of HR operations.
